MORE Graduates Earn Endorsements

This school year, three students from Fulton High School and one from Morrison High School graduated with their College and Career Pathway Endorsement in the education pathway. The schools and their partners continue to expand their pathway development work in education, manufacturing, and agriculture.

MORE partners are also exploring registered High School Apprenticeship programming with an area employer. Sauk Valley Community College, Whiteside Area Career Center, and Fulton High School administrators met with representatives from the Department of Labor and an area employer to begin writing a plan that will allow high school students to register with the Department of Labor and begin apprenticeship activities while still in high school. Apprenticeships will focus on a multi-craft option that can be customized by each employer.
